You're in

Welcome.

Everything is set up for you. Nothing to figure out. Let's take it one small step at a time.

What this actually is

It's filtered music you listen to through headphones. It gently helps your nervous system feel safe, working underneath thinking or breathing. You don't have to concentrate on it. You press play. That's the whole task.

Where to start

When you open the app, you'll see two lists (Connect and Core), each with the same eight playlists. That's a lot of choices, and here's the secret: you don't have to pick from all of them.

The Unyte app playlist screen, showing many playlist options

Start with Connect, the gentle warm-up, and stay with just one playlist. Answer two quick things and I'll choose it for you:

Do lyrics distract you, or comfort you?

Grounding and soothing, no abrupt changes.
What's the difference between Connect and Core?

Connect is the gentle way in. Start here, any order is fine. Core is the main, deeper program. Move to it once Connect feels settled, and listen to it in order. Balance is for later, you can unlock it when you renew.

How to listen, and stay safe

βœ“
Less is more.

Start with about 5 minutes a day and build slowly. You're not trying to finish fast.

βœ“
Core goes in order.

Don't skip ahead. Connect can be any order.

βœ“
What to do while you listen.

Gentle is good: sit or move softly, breathe, draw or colour. A child can draw while it plays. Best to avoid screens, work, and hard exercise, they pull your focus away from the music.

Don't push through. Calm, sleepy, or a little tender is normal. If you feel flooded or like it's too much, stop and email us. Tender is fine. Too much is a signal to slow down.

Common questions

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, three months of access. Nothing auto-renews, nothing to cancel.

What might I feel during a session?

Most people feel calm. Some feel a little tired or emotional after. A few feel briefly more activated before settling. All normal. If anything feels like too much, slow down or take a break.

Can I do this with my child or partner?

Yes, and it can help. Doing it near someone you trust supports the same co-regulation the protocol is building. A child can draw while listening.

How much should I listen, and how loud?

Less is more. Start with about 5 minutes a day and build up slowly. Keep the volume at a gentle, comfortable level, never loud. You are not trying to finish quickly.

What's the difference between Connect, Core and Balance?

Connect is the gentle warm-up, full unfiltered music, any order. Core is the main filtered program, listened to in order. Balance is a calmer, grounding round for later, after you finish Core. You have Connect and Core now.

What if it feels like too much?

Slow down or take a break between sessions. You can always return to the gentle Connect music to settle. If it feels flooding or destabilizing rather than just tender, stop and email us. There is no deadline, and nothing resets.

Is this safe for me?

For most people, yes. Please don't use it, or check with your doctor first, if you have active seizures, active psychosis or take antipsychotic medication, active tinnitus, active thoughts of self-harm (please contact Tele-MANAS, 14416), a perforated eardrum or recent ear surgery, or bipolar, autoimmune, neurological, or severe sound-sensitivity conditions. The screening before you bought covers this too.

Can I pause and come back?

Yes. There's no deadline. Pause and return whenever. Your progress does not reset.

When does my access end?

Three months from the day you bought it. Your exact date is in your Account tab. You can renew after that.
